Nanjing hongguang airborne equipment factory of Chinese airline industry was founded in 1951, which is a large national military enterprise. The factory has a strict quality assurance system and has gained the quality system certification of ISO9001 in 1998. We have the ability of developing and producing mechanical-electrical equipments. It is the factory of enacting Dacro national standard.

Our factory as the first factory introduced the high and new-technology industries and production line equipments of DACROTIZED coatings from abroad in February 1993, and DACROTIZED was translated into Dakeluo in Chinese. Not only the corrosion-resisting properties of DACROTIZED (zinc/chromate coatings) are better than other corrosion-resisting systems, but also DACROTIZED almost has no the three wastes exhausted during coating. It is a cleaning technique of production instead of electrolytic zinc plating and hot zinc dipping that pollute environment seriously. Nanjing hongguang airborne equipment factory has successfully developed DACROTIZED zinc/chromate coating and equipments based on research in technology introduced, and the properties of these products are prior in the world. Our factory introduced the technique of DACROTIZED to the industry of surface deal with at the first time by special journal of Materials protection in 1995, which made the high and new-technology industries spread up in China.

Now, DACROTIZED zinc/chromate coating and equipments that our factory produced has been used by many enterprises in our country as recommended importantly products by Chinese society for corrosion and protection. The products of coating are used by twenty or more companies such as Faw Group, Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai Gemrd Motors, Hubei Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, Chongqing Changan Automobile etc, and are widely used in the industries of aviation, spaceflight, oil, electricity, buildings, railway, traffic and family electric apparatus etc. DACROTIZED zinc/chromate coatings that our factory produced had been exported to abroad in batches in 2003.

Based on the aborative research and experience accumulation for ten and more years, our factory keeps ahead in China not only in the aspect of coating techniques, but also in coating equipments and properties of dope. Our factory has senior technicians who have been trained for special technology of DACROTIZED in NDS company of Japan and rich power of research and development, equipped with sets of experiment equipments and detecting instruments. The superiority of our DACROTIZED products in corrosion-resisting, cling, and technique level was verified in the properties test of corrosion-resisting dope system of some national defense major project presided by the academy of armored forced engineering in 2002.

National standard of DACROTIZED GB/T 18684-2002 specification of zinc/chromate coatings was authorized by general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of the people's republic of China on March 10,2002, and carried out formally on August 1,2002. The standard named DACROTIZED film as zinc/chromate coating, the enacting and actualizing of the standard provided techno-platform and code basis for applying and code development of DACROTIZED in China.
